There was a time when I had a choker to match every outfit in my closet... but I've grown a little tired of them all so I decided it was time to do some creative experimenting. I love the look of asymmetrical necklaces so I took a black beaded choker, attached ribbon on both ends, slid on some large wood beads from a broken purse handle and sewed on a ribbon bow to accent the one side. My boring little choker is now a fun new piece of jewelry and it cost about fifty cents for the ribbon! I've got a bunch of others to work on so I'll be adding them later. This was about all I could fit into little guy's short nap time today.
