Feathers and Fabric Scrap Necklace

An old Ann Taylor Loft blouse I once loved but killed has found a new purpose in life thanks to some glue, buttons, feathers and a wire choker. I think I may have to create a whole bunch of these. 

This is a fun way to accent a boring top.
