Peacock Feather Fascination

Fasci what?.... I know.. spell check hasn't even heard of it.  I know, sounds totally pretentious but oh how I just love that word....fascinator.  If I could only say it like Antonio Banderas. Besides telling people what they are, I love wearing them.
My friend's sassy mother in law wears them on her dresses and different outfits. LOVE her!  The people who sat behind me at church on Sunday were forced blessed to stare at my fascinator for a full hour, lucky them. I have now found a new purpose for wearing feathers....to hide a silly short Olive Oil pony tail. See how I hid it in there?  Right? I know, my hair is a total mess but you get the idea. Ok, so maybe this photo of the back of my head is just not flattering but check out the feathers and fabric flowers!  I've had lots of fun creating smaller versions of these for bridal parties lately so keep me in mind if you or a friend would like to add some feathers to the celebration... and be sure to throw the f word around a few times to impress them!
